Spring is a time of new beginnings and fresh starts, and what better way to embrace this spirit than by welcoming two dynamic new team members to the SAM family? This March, we’re thrilled to introduce Erin McGuigan as our new Human Resources Advisor and Megan Lennon as our new Marketing Manager. Both Erin and Megan bring a wealth of experience, innovative ideas, and a fresh perspective to our team. We’re excited about the energy and vision they’re set to bring to SAM.
Meet Erin McGuigan: Our New Human Resources Advisor
Erin steps into the role of Human Resource Advisor, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Erin has recently completed her Masters in Human Resource Management at Ulster University graduating with a Distinction. Erin’s previous roles were in the ICT and retail sectors, covering all aspects of the employee life cycle. With her extensive experience, she is excited to bring everything she has learnt to SAM.
Erin is excited to see what SAM has in store. She is enthusiastic to learn and grow personally and professionally in alignment with the SAM values. “I am thrilled to become a part of the SAM family during this dynamic and prosperous time. I’m eager to learn and grow while contributing to the growth of the company.” Erin shares “I am looking forward to fully embracing the SAM values within HR and wider teams at this exciting time.”
Welcoming Megan Lennon: Our New Marketing Manager
In the role of Marketing Manager, Megan brings her extensive experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and creative campaign management to SAM. Megan has a proven track record of elevating brands and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Moreover, her fresh ideas and forward-thinking approach are set to propel our marketing efforts to new heights.
Megan is passionate about telling the SAM story in innovative ways. In addition to engaging with our customers and partners, and expanding our reach both online and offline. “It’s an exciting time to be joining SAM,” Megan says. “The breadth of marketing strategies and channels employed here offers a unique opportunity for growth. I’m both excited and eager to dive into these resources, expanding my knowledge and also contributing to our collective success.”
