Code 6 Passivhaus, Norfolk
Wilf Meynell of Studio Bark Architects designed this private dwelling in Norfolk, then built by Norfolk ProBuild. Channel 4 featured this project on their popular programme Grand Designs, back in 2014. Eco-friendly products were important to the client, so our extremely durable fibreboard was the perfect solution. SAM provided a product manufactured using a zero formaldehyde resin system and FSC Certified. Furthermore, the ease of installation and the long lifespan of the product (50 year warranty of the core and up to 10 years paint warranty) ensured that they were guaranteed a low maintenance and high performance solution for their fascia.
